Shipping Information -

Order Fulfillment  -

We ship orders Monday through Friday (9:00 am - 4:00pm EST).

We do not ship orders out on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays.

We do our best to ship orders out on the same day that the order is placed, however please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. We appreciate your patience while we create and securely package your sample. 

Holidays & promotional events or sales may result in longer shipping times.

On occasion we are back ordered/out of stock on a product. This happens when many orders come in at once and the inventory is updating. This may result in a delayed shipment of the missing item or the full order - we will contact the customer in advance to inform them of the situation.

 

Destination & Shipping Charges -

We ship Worldwide. We provide Free Shipping in the US, however international shipping charges will apply.

Shipping charges are calculated once the address information is available. The shipping rate is based on the country and location and may vary.

Regular shipping within the US typically takes between 2-3 business days. However we cannot completely guarantee the exact amount of time, as sometimes the postal service has delays that we cannot control.

Expedited shipping within the US should take 1-2 days however sometimes there are unforeseen delays with the postal service.

Shipping times may vary for international shipments. Please allow extra time for international shipments to be processed through postal.

 

Returns, Exchanges, Replacements & Refunds -

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

Our Niche and Designer fragrance samples are 100% guaranteed by DecantX to be genuine and authentic perfumes that are hand decanted from the original manufacturers bottle. We cannot guarantee products once they have been opened or used and therefore we do not accept returns.

Sometimes postal can be hard on your packages. In the event that you receive a damaged product in the mail, Email us right away (within 3 days of receiving your shipment) with the details and attach a picture of the product as you received it for a replacement.

*Replacements will only be issued if an accurate/clear picture of the damage is provided*


We are only human and we may make a mistake. In the event that you receive the wrong fragrance, Email us right away (within 3 days of receiving your shipment) with the details and attach a picture of the product as you received it.

Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment if there are any issues with the order. We will not replace or exchange any items or orders 3 days passed the time of receipt.

All shipping fees paid to deliver the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error on your shipment or the goods arrived damaged.  

We kindly ask that you give 3-5 business days for this transaction to post to your account.

 

Cancellations -

If the order has not been shipped out, Decantx can cancel the order. If the order has already shipped however the customer requested a cancellation before the shipping date & time, we will accept the return of the unopened/original package by way of refusing your package and it being "returned to sender" by the post office, the customer will not be charged for a "return to sender" request. The return shipping cost will not be the responsibility of DecantX. The cost to return an order that was cancelled will be the customers responsibility. Once we receive the cancelled order back in stock, we will check it out and then refund you.

Orders Not Received -

If your order has been scanned delivered to the correct address/postal code - we will not replace or refund your order.

We are not responsible for any orders that are claimed lost or stolen after the time of delivery.


Please allow a day or 2 grace period for shipments scanned as "delivered" as sometimes the package is pre-scanned while in transit to its destination.
